Account Deletion

We’re sorry to see you go, but if you’ve decided to part ways with Dignisi, we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. To request the deletion of your Dignisi account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Dignisi App:

  • Launch the Dignisi app on your device.

2. Navigate to Your Account:

  • Find the “My Account” section within the app.

3. Locate the “Delete Account” Button:

  • Look for the prominently displayed “Delete Account” button within the My Account section.

4. Initiate Deletion:

  • Tap the “Delete Account” button to start the deletion process.

5. Confirm Deletion:

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision to delete your account.

Deletion Process:

Upon your request, your deletion action is logged, and the account deletion process is initiated. Please note the following timeline:

  1. Account Deactivation (10 days):
    • Your account will be deactivated immediately, but the actual deletion will occur after a 10-day grace period. This allows you time to reconsider or address any accidental deletion.
  2. Full Data Deletion (90 days):
    • After the 10-day deactivation period, your account and associated data will be fully and irreversibly deleted within 90 days. This ensures that all traces of your information are permanently removed from our systems.

Data Retention:

The following types of data will be deleted:

  • Personal information
  • Usage history
  • Preferences and settings

However, please be aware that certain data may be retained for legal or system operation purposes, as outlined in our privacy policy.
