Davtashen Arare

Arare Davtashen is a newly constructed multifunctional complex, distinguished by its high comfort and quality standards.

The project includes a modern 14-story building, with the first two floors designated for public (commercial) spaces, and the remaining 12 floors intended for comfortable residential units. The design also features two spacious underground parking areas, accommodating a total of 52 vehicles.

The building is located in an accessible area, surrounded by key urban infrastructure such as supermarkets, banks, gyms, medical centers, and recreational facilities. A kindergarten and a school are also located nearby, making it ideal for families.

The construction is carried out with seismic resistance calculated for magnitude 9. The design includes fire escape stairwells, as well as individual gas supply systems.

High-quality and reliable elevators will be installed. The windows are made of aluminum with stained-glass design and high thermal insulation properties. Natural stone will be used for the building’s facade, and sound and thermal insulation will be provided using high-quality materials.
