New Masis

The total area of the residential complex under construction in the new and rapidly developing district of Masis is 7,900 sq.m., with only 35% allocated to building coverage. Spacious courtyards, green zones, and parking areas are among the key features of the complex.

The four residential buildings will offer 180 spacious and bright apartments ranging from 43 to 88 sq.m.

The income tax refund program is applicable. Project completion is scheduled for the end of 2026.
